Afghan, Pakistani and Turkish Leaders at Istanbul Summit

The Presidents of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Turkey have pledged to cooperate on battling terrorism. The leaders met Friday in Istanbul as part of Turkish efforts to improve strained Afghan-Pakistani relations.
