A return of Northern Ireland's troubled past?

Over a decade ago, the Good Friday peace accord brought an official end to violence in N. Ireland. But sporadic violence lingers in Northern Ireland, and in an alarming reminder of the worst days of the "Troubles," a dirty protest has taken place at a prison in Belfast.
