A la carte: Finnish Summer Dish with Fish

Helsinki lies by the Baltic Sea and is surrounded by countless lakes. Consequently, fish plays a large role in the Finnish cuisine. We visited 34-year-old Lukas Hemnell, chef of the Kuu restaurant that has been attracting lovers of fresh, authentic Finnish cuisine since 1966.
