Gozo is a crucial supplier of fruit and vegetables to the main island. Today, for à la carte we traveled to the Il-Kartell Restaurant to enjoy some high-class Mediterranean cuisine with an Arabic influence. It’s a combo fish and eggplant meal all done with regional products.
